Spiny Spider Flower

What is the purpose to live a life when we never truly show our self? Rather than shielding us from reality, we need to release our own masks and face our own genuine identity. As I went into the forest, my eyes turned immediately to this strange but flawless plant called the spiny spider flower that could exactly define me as a whole. This is certainly one of the most striking of all annuals. Although this flower looks very huge and complex in the outside just like its name, as you look closer, you can see how alluring this flower actually is. This delicate flower is known to have variety of colors and names including the Violet Queen and the White Queen. Like this unique flower, I illustrate myself to have variety of personalities inside of me, good and bad. I want to see everything in the world and experience it just like this flower can. Although people may recognize me as a decent and shallow person, I want them to know that once they do get to know me, they will see a huge range of colors, and characteristics that are not only showed outside but inside me. That being, it feels like I have more connection with this gentle flower since it also looks more beautiful as you look closer into the top. Although I shield myself from revealing all of my true self, I really hope that people won’t judge from the confusing out-layer, but look into my mind and recognize the true nature of myself.
